Ukash Free Prize Draw Competition rules:

1. The entry instructions form part of these rules. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules by participating in this free prize draw. By entering into this competition, you agree that Smart Voucher t/a Ukash may use your responses to improve www.ukash.com.
2. Entry is via email at promotion@ukash.com and no postal entries will be accepted. To enter, you need only to send an email stating your used voucher number and value and it will be eligible to be entered into the free prize draw. There are no limits or restrictions on how many times you may submit your used voucher details. The more used voucher details you submit, the more chances to win. Entries through bots or automated scripts will not qualify as entries for this competition. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Entry is open to all persons over the age of 18. The winner must be aged 18 years and over on the date of redemption of the prize. All persons connected with the free prize draw are excluded from entering. No third party entries, bulk or multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. Ukash reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
4. The winner of each of the two free prize draws will be drawn randomly and win one Ukash voucher of up to the value of AUS $20. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other goods/services. All prizes are non-transferable.
5. Smart Voucher t/a Ukash accept no responsibility for the cancellation or delay in providing the prize.
6. All prizes are provided "as is". Ukash expressly disclaim any and all warranties, whether express or implied, relating to any of the prizes including any warranties as to merchantability or satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
   The closing time and date for this competition is 18:00 GMT on Thursday, 4^th December 2009. All emails submitted at promotion@ukash.com after this date and time will not be entered into the prize draw.
7. The winner will be selected at random from all entries received. The first draw will take place on Thursday 19^th November and then on Thursday 3^rd December. The prize winner(s) will be notified by email.
8. If any prize remains unclaimed for a reasonable period after reasonable efforts have been made by Ukash to contact the winner then Ukash will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they see fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
9. Ukash reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason.
10. The winners may be required to take part in related publicity.
11. Ukash reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose the prize draw without prior notice.
12. The decisions of Ukash are final and legally binding on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Ukash arranged this prize draw in good faith, but cannot accept any liability to the entrants or prize winners whatsoever.
14. The prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and all entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
