We have made it easier for you to figure it out. When you select
the country in which you wish to top up someone else's mobile
phone, the international country code will be automatically
inputted. All you need to do then is type in the full mobile
number. Note that some countries with local mobile numbers
beginning with 0 may require the 0 to be removed when using the
international format required here.
