Under 18 vouchers in UK and Ireland

Ukash are changing the process for replacing under 18 vouchers that have been incorrectly issued by PayPoint outlets. You should check your voucher is for Over 18 use before leaving the PayPoint issuing shop. Over 18 vouchers have 001 (UK) or 027 (Ireland) in digits 7,8 and 9 of the 19-digit Ukash voucher code. The shopkeeper can replace the voucher immediately if it has been issued incorrectly. However, if you leave the shop vouchers will only be replaced using the Ukash Consumer Voucher Replacement process ( see Ukash FAQs).
