If you get Ukash in a shop it's important that you check it
BEFORE leaving the shop. If there is anything wrong with the PIN,
value or currency the shop can only replace it before you leave the
shop and before any further Ukash is issued from the terminal.
In PayPoint locations in the UK and Ireland you should check
that you have not been issued an Age Restricted (under 18) voucher
if you wish to spend on 18+ websites. These will have PINs that
begin 633718401 or 633718427.
If you have left the shop the shopkeeper cannot exchange or
refund the Ukash in any circumstances and you must contact Ukash Customer Services.
