Generally anyone can get and use Ukash. Merchants accepting
Ukash may conduct their own age checking to prevent those underage
being able to access their sites.
Customers getting Ukash from PayPoint terminals in shops in the
UK and Ireland may be asked to prove that they are over 18. If the
customer can't prove that they are over 18 they are issued Ukash
that cannot be spent at age restricted (18+) merchant
websites.
