We offer a free of charge service to change the currency of a
Ukash PIN, just follow these simple steps below. Local bank
regulations mean that in South Africa Ukash cannot be changed to
another currency.
- go to www.ukash.com
- login to your account with your email address and password
- click on the Tools tab and select Convert
- enter the Ukash PIN and value you wish to convert
- choose one of the available currencies
- follow the steps displayed on the screen check that your email
address is correct
Once the Convert has been completed successfully, you will
receive an email with the new voucher details
The new PIN will be valid for 12 months
