New solution will streamline pay out to players, saving money for merchants and improving customer service
One of the biggest problems for all remote gaming operators, whether in sportsbooks, casino, poker or bingo, is the paying out of winnings to players. Now UkashOut is set to deliver an easy to implement and player friendly solution.
All responsible operators want to offer a fast and transparent withdrawal mechanism that allows players to get their winnings out of their accounts. But achieving this has been expensive and resource intensive. Until recently it has only been possible to pay out to some credit and debit cards; players that have deposited using other payment methods have typically had to wait for cheques or bank transfers.
Now UkashOut is set to make paying out to players quick and easy, regardless of how they originally deposited.
The UkashOut service is as an ‘off the shelf’ solution, delivered using a simple technical interface and a managed service approach that makes it straightforward for remote gaming operators to offer their players a MasterCard endorsed ATM or debit card. With the option of co-branded card programmes, UkashOut can be used as a customer retention and marketing tool too.
“UkashOut has the potential to make a significant difference to our business; it will streamline the processing of withdrawals without us needing to make significant technical changes”, comments Gal Yefet, VP Sales & Business Development at mobile casino operator WinAsUGo.
Once a player has been issued with the UkashOut card they can request a withdrawal via the operator’s website and have the funds credited to the card almost instantly, regardless of how they made their original deposit. The card can then be used to withdraw cash at ATMs worldwide. For those players taking the UkashOut debit card they can use their withdrawn funds at point of sale and online too.
“For over three years cash consumers have been able to participate in the online economy using Ukash. As a trusted and proven payments partner to the gaming sector Ukash is delighted to now be introducing a solution to the cost and complexity associated with player pay outs”, comments Mark Chirnside, Ukash CEO.
