This Privacy Policy applies to the Website of Smart Voucher Ltd.
(of which Ukash is a trading name), at www.ukash.com. This privacy
policy explains the data processing practices of UK Ukash.com.
Your privacy is important to us. By using Ukash or registering,
you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal
data in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. If you have

to Ukash or as we adapt based upon suggestions from our customers.

merchant logos on this site. These sites are governed by their own
privacy statements, and Ukash is not responsible for their
operations, including but not limited to their information
practices. Users submitting information to or through these third
party Websites should review the privacy statement of these sites
before providing them with personally identifiable information.
2. A Special Note About Children

responsible adult to explain it to you before you give us your

3. Information We Collect Personal Data
Personal data is collected when you provide personal data to this
site, for example when registering for the newsletter and other
Ukash / Smart Voucher Limited services, sending an email to the
site through the use of enquiry forms and registering for
competitions.
We use this personal data to:

and violations of our User Agreement. We may, over time, delete

Questionnaires, Surveys, Polls and Profile
Data
From time to time, we offer optional questionnaires, surveys and
polls to our users for such purposes as collecting demographic
information or assessing users' interests and needs. The use of the
information collected will be explained in detail in the survey
itself. If we collect personally identifiable information from our
users in these questionnaires and surveys, the users will be given
notice of how the information will be used prior to their
participation in the survey or questionnaire.
4. Our Use and Disclosure of Information Disclosure to
Third Parties
Ukash will not sell or rent any of your personally identifiable
information to third parties. Ukash will not share any of your
personally identifiable information with third parties except in
the limited circumstances described below, or with your express
permission. These pre-screened third parties are limited by law or
by contract from using the information for secondary purposes
beyond the purposes for which the information is shared.
We disclose the information we collect, as described above in
Section 3, to companies that perform marketing services on our
behalf. These companies are subject to confidentiality agreements
with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit using the
information except to market the specified Ukash related products
or services, unless you have affirmatively agreed or given your
prior permission for other uses.
With your permission, we may also share personal data collected
on the site with pre-screened third parties for marketing or
promotional purposes. We will provide users with an opportunity to
decline this service when such information is requested from you
online.
Personal data may also be shared only as necessary with third
parties who provide technical services to the site, or host
proportions of the site, who will not share of otherwise
disseminate this information other than as necessary to perform

When a user signs up for our co-branded merchant partner
promotions through links on merchant promotions pages, Ukash will
share with the co-branded merchant partner that user's name, email
address and physical address in order to provide enhanced
integration between Ukash' services and the services of our
co-branded merchant partner. If a user does not want his or her
information shared with Ukash's co-branded merchant partner, he or
she should not use this aspect of the site.
We share aggregated statistical data with our business partners
or for public relations. For example, we may disclose that a
specific percentage of our users live in the UK. However, this
aggregated information is not tied to personal data.
We share your information with our parent, subsidiaries and
joint ventures to help coordinate the services we provide to you,
enforce our terms and conditions, and promote trust and safety.
If you are a winner of a competition, your name and town may be
posted on this site.
5. Our Contact with Ukash Customers and
Merchants
We communicate with users on a regular basis via email to provide
requested services, and we also communicate by phone to resolve
customer complaints or enquiries. We may use your email address to
send you information about important changes to our products and
services, and to send notices and other disclosures required by
law. Generally, users cannot opt out of these communications, but
they will be primarily informational in nature rather than
promotional.
We also use your email address to send you other types of
communications that you can control, including a Ukash newsletter,
customer surveys and notice of special third-party promotions. You
can choose whether to receive some, all or none of these
communications when you complete the email registration process, or
