If you can provide Ukash Customer Services with details of all
the Ukash, date of purchase, value of the vouchers, place of
purchase and proof of purchase then at our discretion we will issue
replacement vouchers. Any replacements will be issued 7 days after
the date of the last transaction of the vouchers concerned.
