In five easy steps, get your Ukash voucher from your
email inbox at anytime to suit you.
1. Go to UkashOnline
2. Order a voucher for any amount from 20€ up to 100€,
or your local currency equivalent. The upper limit will depend on
your bank and the number of previous orders you have placed.
3. Pay from your internet banking account (available via a funds
transfer from the banks below).
4. Your PIN code will be sent by email from
ukashonline@citadelcommerce.com
5. Go and pay, shop or play at any site that accepts Ukash
Ukash vouchers are available to customers with internet banking
from the banks below. As part of our fraud protection measures
delivery of your first voucher may be delayed. Future voucher
orders will be subjected to limits on frequency and value. See UkashOnline FAQs
for more details.
Your first voucher will be delivered instantly with these
banks:
- Danske Bank
- ICA Banken AB
Delivery of your first voucher will be delayed for 7 days with
these banks. Subsequent vouchers will be delivered
immediately:
- The UkashOnline service is operated by Citadel.Commerce, a
leading global ecommerce solutions company.
- Using UkashOnline is free and to get started you will be asked
to install the Citadel Payment Assistant application (Windows 2000,
XP and Vista only)
- You will need to register your name and a valid email address
at UkashOnline.
- Your voucher will be emailed from
ukashonline@citadelcommerce.com.
- The transaction will show on your bank statement as 'Citadel
Commerce'.
