Ukash, the world's fastest growing online cash-payments company,
has reported that its presence at last week's Internet World
exhibition in London was a big success, with a huge number of
visitors interested in its newly launched Ukash NEO product.
Ukash NEO, its most innovative product to date, allows consumers
in the UK and Germany to shop online anywhere that MasterCard®
is accepted. By featuring Ukash NEO on their websites, retailers
will create a lucrative new revenue stream as the payments company
offers all online retailers commission on every purchase made using
Ukash NEO.
The company reports that:
Multi-channel and online retailers showed interest in Ukash
NEO:
- as an effective tool for targeting the cash consumer
- due to the fact that it requires no backend integration
- resulting from the 'cash back' they would receive for
promoting the scheme as part of the affiliate programme
There was also demand for Ukash's 'traditional' e-cash voucher
solution, due to:
- its effectiveness as a payment solution with no risk of
fraud
- the fast-growing Ukash international distribution network
- its flexibility as an online payment option
A number of potential partners, such as payment service
providers and e-commerce website developers, were also interested
in integrating Ukash's payment solutions as a tool for reaching
'financially excluded' customers.
Ukash has more than 420,000 physical points of purchase in 32
countries and six continents worldwide, as well as being available
online, and offers consumers the chance to shop, pay and play
online using cash.
