  • Who is eligible for an UkashOut Card Account?

    An UkashOut card is issued by invitation only by CSC24Seven.com, on behalf of Smart Voucher, trading as Ukash.

     

    To be eligible for an UkashOut card account, you must be over 18.

  • What is an UkashOut Card Account?

    An UkashOut card is a physical card that you can use to withdraw funds worldwide from ATMs or make purchases at retail locations, physical or virtual, wherever you see the MasterCard® logo

  • Where I can use my UkashOut Card Account?

    You can withdraw funds worldwide at ATMs or make purchases at retail locations, real and virtual, displaying the MasterCard® or EziPay Logos.

  • How do I activate my Card?

    You can only activate your ATM card once you have received it via the post. The time a card takes to reach you will depend on the postal system in your country of residence but 7 to 14 days is a reasonable expectation for delivery to a European country.

  • How long does the Card take to arrive?

    Should you not receive your ATM card within the specified time and would like to follow up on its delivery please contact the UkashOut Helpdesk Team at Service@ukashout.com.

     

  • What do I do if my Card is lost or stolen?

    UkashOut provides a 24 hour Support and Card cancelation service should your card get lost or stolen:

    You can also cancel your card via the UkashOut website:

      • Select the account to stop/cancel
      • Click on Stop Account
      • Click on Confirm
      • You will receive an email confirmation once the account has been stopped/canceled.
      • Please refer to the Fees page on this website for stop card fees.
  • What happens when my Card expires?

    Before your card expires, you will receive an email notification to confirm if you would like a new ATM card. If you respond 'Yes', the ATM card will automatically be re-issued and posted to you.

  • How do I request an Online Statement?

    All online statements are FREE.

     

    To request a free statement:

     

    • Go to www.ukashout.com
    • Log on using your User Name and Password
    • Click on the relevant Account
    • Click on Statement Request
    • Select the month and year you want the statement to show
    • Click on Submit to receive statement
    • The statement will be sent via email
  • How do I change my Password?

    • Log on using your User Name and Password
    • Click on Logon Password
    • Enter your old Password
    • Enter the new Password (minimum 6 characters)
    • Enter the new Password again
    • Click on Submit
  • How do I update my personal details?

    Should you wish to update your personal details (e.g. physical address) we will require a recent utility bill, no older than 3 months, confirming first name, last name and your new address details. Please submit documents to the UkashOut Helpdesk Team at Service@ukashout.com.

  • What documentation is required to open an Account?

    To activate your UkashOut card account, we will require the following documentation:

     

    • A color copy of a signed and valid Passport/ID
    • A utility or amenity bill not older than 3 months

  • How do I Close my Account?

    • Log on using your User Name and Password
    • Click on the relevant Account you wish to stop
    • Click on Stop Account
    • Click on Yes to proceed
    • Send a confirmation email to Service@ukashout.com
  • How do I Deposit funds?

    Your UkashOut card account is reloadable and can be topped-up with Ukash vouchers. To see how you can obtain an Ukash voucher, please visit www.ukash.com/get (Not operated by CSC24Seven.com).

     

    Once you have your Ukash voucher:

     

    • Go to www.ukashout.com
    • Log on using User Name and Password
    • Click on Deposits
    • Select the required Deposit Type
    • Click on Next
    • Follow further instructions provided online on how to make a Deposit

     

    If you have any problems with making a Deposit contact our UkashOut Helpdesk Team at Service@ukashout.com.

  • How do I Withdraw funds?

    You can use the funds from your UkashOut account wherever you see the MasterCard logo both online and in retail stores.

     

    In addition, you can withdraw funds at over 1 million ATMs worldwide.

  • Can I Transfer funds?

    • You are able to transfer between accounts if you have more than one account in your Log on page.
    • Go to www.ukashout.com
    • Log on using your User Name and Password
    • Click on Transfer
    • Select the transaction type
    • Select the From and To accounts
    • Enter the Amount
    • Click on Next
    • Review your account details and amount
    • Click Confirm
