If you have a problem getting Ukash from a shop that's listed on
the Ukash website please try the following:
- If there's a coupon on the Ukash website print it and take it
into the store to help the shopkeeper
- Suggest that they look on the terminal menu for Ukash - you may
need to spell it for them U-K-A-S-H, and it's normally found under
Prepaid Products, or Cash Vouchers or E-Vouchers.
If you still have a problem please make a note of the shop name
and address, the date and time and if possible the name of the
person. Then contact Ukash Customer Services who will investigate.
