These terms govern the contractual relationship between Ukash
and service-providing partner Transfer-To and the persons using the
Ukash air services referred to as "user".
Ukash provides an international prepaid mobile top up service,
powered by partner Transfer-To. This service is offered under its
own brand Ukash air.
Ukash is not obliged to supply mobile Telephone services within
the charging contracts. Ukash does in no way act as
representative of the mobile phone providers or operators.
Ukash air is only available to top up prepaid mobile phones
abroad. Same country top up is a service which is neither endorsed
nor supported by Ukash and any attempt to do so by the user will be
directly infringing Ukash air Terms and Conditions.
Ukash air is subject to registration. Registration includes the
truthful and accurate submission of all relevant registration
information. The registration information includes at least the
first name, last name, a valid e-mail address, a password and date
of birth.
There will be no transfer of personal data to any third party
and any use of the personal data by Ukash for commercial purposes
will only be conducted if the user agrees in advance. Personal data
will be locked after total completion of the charging contract and
billing and deleted after the expiration of any legal obligations
to store the it.
Ukash reserves the right to partially or fully disable parts of
the services or the full functionality of the community in order to
implement updates or to secure a high level of functionality and
security respectively.
The user solely takes the risk of giving wrong information
concerning the recipient prepaid phone number. If the phone number
is a valid prepaid number but not the user's intended destination
number, no refund will be provided. If however a mobile number
provided is unable to be credited, a refund will be provided.
The user will indemnify Ukash in full against all direct or
indirect claims, loss, damages, proceedings, demands, costs or
charges that arise due to a breach of this warranty.
Different mobile operators may set different limits regarding
number of transactions during a specific time period. The user is
not entitled to claim the execution of a specific number of
transactions beyond the permitted limits.
Ukash reserves the right to alter, modify, add or delete
portions of these Terms and Conditions. The user is required to
agree to the Terms and Conditions before each transaction. It is
the user's responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions before
making any transaction.
