You can request a refund if your Ukash is still valid and unused
except in Brazil and South Africa. Ukash issued in South Africa or
Brazil cannot be refunded due to Reserve Bank regulations.
Complete the Consumer Refund Application Form and send
it with a copy of the original Ukash voucher receipt to Ukash to
the address or fax number on the form.
Refunds can be requested up to 7 years after vouchers are issued,
subject to fees. See Ukash Terms and Conditions for more information.
